Finding Flow: The Art of Getting in the Zone
Hello this is Daksh I am a 14 year old who is into football⚽ ,Drawing🎨 and blogging🖋. So today I am going to talk about flow,

1)What is flow
Flow is nothing but fluidity you have while doing a task, going into so much depth of the task that you forget the time and you dont have to look at the clock, you don't think and do the work completley on instincts and you dont focus on whatever is happening aside than your work I t could be anything drawing, singing, playing any kind of sport anything. So now the next topic is how it helps you.
2) How flow helps
Flow helps in completley locking in and moving reflexivley, and to complete your work at the highest level which you can achive. Like in football for example, I am a winger and my work is to attack in the opponents half by dribbling and using my speed to beat the defender, and if I keep thinking about how to beat him I would become predictable and will get beaten easily but when you are in flow you let your body move on it's own, you become unpredictable. This was all for how it helps, now how to achive it.
3)How to achive flow
Flow isn't some thing that you would tell your mind or think about it and achive it, it takes time and patience and also there are some rules about it too.
1)the work should not be too difficult (It could cause anxitey).
2)The work should not also be too easy (I t would cause boredom).
Flow should always be of your levle not too hard not too easy then you need to do meditation to achive it and there is one more reason I will tell you later. You should not only have the skills you should also have the IQ to do the task like in drawing there is drawing creativity which helps us draw and coverup our mistakes, and in foot ball there is football IQ which helps you make passes at the perfect time and runs at the perfect time but if you don't have any IQ sorry bro even if you achive the flow you wont be as productive as you should be . 4)Side effects
Every good thing comes with some side effects in this case there are not as many side effects as other stuff but still we can't leave them.
So the main side effects are :-
1)head ache
2)weakness after game
What you thought there would be a bunch of them, sorry broski but only two of them and you can easily recover from it.
5)Recovery
To recover from it you just need 3 things:-
1)sleep
2)nice warm up and cool down (only if you are an athelete)
3)meditation
You would be thinking why sleep? actually sleep helps the most in recovering . Cool Down tho means cooling down and meditaton means relaxing your brain and the part which is used the most is brain so it does helps a lot.
